Terms of Service
Version 1.0 Effective 8 August 2026
These are the only Terms of Service for MailMoolah. They replace every earlier version and summary.
1. This agreement
By using MailMoolah you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. In these terms, “MailMoolah”, “we”, and “us” mean the operator of the MailMoolah platform at mailmoolah.com. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Pilot status
MailMoolah is a limited pilot, not a paid service. Please read section 5 before you rely on anything shown as a reward balance.
During the pilot we are validating how campaigns, approved senders, engagement recording, and the reward ledger behave. Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn, and data recorded during the pilot may be reset if we need to correct it. Where reasonably practicable, we will tell you before we reset anything that affects your account.
We do not charge you to use MailMoolah during the pilot. We are also not promising that it will always be free.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Sign-in is handled by SharedAuth. Keep your SharedAuth credentials to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- One person, one account. Extra accounts created to multiply rewards will be closed.
- Give us accurate information, and keep it current.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to fake opens, clicks, or any other engagement.
- Create additional accounts, or submit false referrals, to inflate rewards.
- Misrepresent who you are.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
- Interfere with the platform's integrity, availability, or security.
- Use MailMoolah for anything unlawful, or to send harmful or deceptive content.
If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account, and we may void reward-ledger entries that came from the activity in question.
5. Rewards & ledger
This is the section most likely to be misunderstood, so we are being direct.
- Reward entries are records, not a promise of money. Engagement recorded against your account may produce entries in a reward ledger. An entry is a record of activity; it is not a debt we owe you and not a guarantee of payment.
- We do not promise an amount. We make no representation about how much you can earn, per email or in total.
- We do not promise a timescale. No payment schedule is in operation during the pilot.
- Entries can be corrected. Entries can be marked verified, void, or reversed — for example where engagement turns out to be automated, duplicated, or fraudulent, or where we find an error.
- Referral entries count only for genuine referrals of real people. Entries generated by fake, duplicate, or automated accounts can be cancelled or voided.
- Tax. If you ever do receive money through MailMoolah, any tax on it is your responsibility.
6. Payout requests
You can submit a payout request from your earnings page. Submitting a request records it. No payment provider is connected during the pilot, so requests are not processed and no money is disbursed.
We will not describe a payout schedule, threshold, or processing time until a payment provider is actually in place. When one is, we will publish the terms that apply before they take effect.
7. Advertisers & senders
If you use MailMoolah to send campaigns, you are additionally responsible for having the right to contact the people on your lists, for the accuracy and legality of what you send, and for honouring unsubscribe and approval decisions recipients make.
Pilot participation for advertisers is arranged directly with us — see Contact. Commercial rates are not published and are not in effect during the pilot.
8. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, branding, and design belong to MailMoolah or our licensors. Using MailMoolah does not transfer any of it to you, and you may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without our written permission.
Content you upload stays yours. You give us permission to host, process, and display it only as far as we need to in order to run the service for you.
9. Suspension & closure
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that shows signs of fraud. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you why and give you a way to respond.
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Closing your account ends your access, including your ability to view reward-ledger entries associated with it. Section 5 continues to apply to those entries: they are records of activity, not money owed. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data after closure.
10. Disclaimers
MailMoolah is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind so far as the law allows. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, particular results, specific earnings, or that the platform is free of errors. Campaign availability and reward rules can change without notice.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MailMoolah and the people who work with us are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. Resolving disputes
If something goes wrong, contact us first at support@mailmoolah.com. Most problems are quicker to fix directly, and we will make a genuine attempt to resolve your complaint informally.
Your statutory rights, including any right to bring a claim in your local courts, are not affected by these terms.
13. General
- If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the platform, and replace every earlier version.
- If we do not enforce a part of these terms straight away, we are not giving up the right to enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your account or these terms to anyone else. We may transfer our rights and obligations under them as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business, and will tell you if we do.
14. Changes
When we change these terms we will publish the new version here with a new version number and effective date. Material changes will be signalled in the product before they take effect. If you keep using MailMoolah after a change takes effect, that counts as accepting it.
