Find pilot-qualified answers about recorded engagement, reward-ledger entries, managed advertiser access, and account support.
How our FAQ support flow works
General
What is MailMoolah?
MailMoolah is a limited-pilot two-sided email marketplace where readers control participating senders and advertisers review recorded engagement from opted-in audiences. Recorded engagement may produce a reward-ledger entry when campaign rules and account data support it; an entry is not a promise of payment.
Is MailMoolah free to use?
Reader signup does not require a subscription in the current public flow. Advertiser commercial terms and campaign pricing should be confirmed during pilot setup.
Do I need a special email app?
No. MailMoolah works with any email provider including Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and others. Sponsored emails are delivered directly to your existing inbox. There is nothing extra to install or configure.
Is MailMoolah a pyramid scheme?
No. MailMoolah is built around advertiser-funded, permission-based email engagement. Any eligible invite or bonus programs are disclosed in-product before you take part, and are not member-fee driven — you are never asked to pay to join or to qualify for a reward entry.
What kind of emails will I receive?
Sponsored campaigns from senders you have approved, in the categories you have allowed. Whitelist Manager is default-deny: only categories you allow will accept brand-new senders, so nothing reaches you from a category you have not opted into.
Can I unsubscribe from certain email types?
Yes. Open Whitelist Manager to change your category preferences or remove an individual sender. If a control you need is not visible for your account, contact support before assuming a topic or sender rule can be changed in-product.
Earning
How do rewards work?
Sign up as a reader, choose the topics you are interested in, and opt into sponsored emails. Eligible activity can post to the rewards ledger after campaign rules and validation checks are complete.
How do reward payouts work?
Earnings can record a payout request when the current account state allows it. No payment provider is connected during the pilot, so requests are not processed and no money is disbursed. No threshold or processing timeline is promised.
How much can I earn?
Reward outcomes depend on eligible campaign rules, validation checks, and available ledger entries. Production reward ranges are not published in the help center yet.
Referrals
How does the referral program work?
Invite friends using your unique referral link when it is available in your dashboard. Referral rewards depend on the current program rules and verified referral activity.
Advertisers
How do I advertise on MailMoolah?
Use the managed advertiser pilot contact path. MailMoolah confirms commercial terms and the campaign controls available to the account; there is no public self-service campaign purchase flow.
What are the ad rates?
Production marketplace rates are not published in the help center yet. Pilot pricing should be confirmed during campaign setup and compared against recorded send, open, and click data after delivery.
Account & Security
Is my data safe?
MailMoolah uses shared authentication, TLS in transit, and role-backed dashboards. It does not claim a security certification or independent audit. Review the current Privacy Policy for the limited pilot.
Is my personal information shared with advertisers?
Senders see engagement reporting for their own campaigns only: aggregate delivery, open, and click counts, and — for people already on their list — engagement with their own messages. A sender is not shown your activity with any other sender, and we do not give senders contact details they did not already hold. The Privacy Policy sets this out in full.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@mailmoolah.com or use the contact form to ask us to close your account. Deletion is handled by a person, so we will confirm by email once it is done rather than quote a fixed turnaround we do not yet operate to.
I cannot access my account
Use the SharedAuth recovery path from the sign-in page. Contact support if SharedAuth recovery does not restore your MailMoolah session.
Technical
What browsers are supported?
Use a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge with cookies and JavaScript available for SharedAuth and account workflows. If a page does not work, include your browser and device in a support request.
Can I use MailMoolah on mobile?
The public and account surfaces are designed for responsive browsers, including a 360-pixel viewport. Capability still depends on the page, role, and browser; report any overflow or unreachable control through the contact form.
