Step-by-Step Guide

Navigate to Support
Open the Help & Support page from the main navigation or footer links on any MailMoolah page.

Choose Contact Method
Select from three channels: the structured Support Form, direct email, or the Community Forum for peer help.

Fill in Details
Provide your subject, select a priority level, and describe the issue in detail. Attach screenshots if helpful.

Submit Request
Send your support request. You will receive an email confirmation with your ticket number immediately.

Receive Ticket Confirmation
A unique ticket ID is assigned for tracking. The support team reviews requests in queue order.

Track Status
Monitor your ticket status from the Support dashboard. You will be notified when an agent responds or resolves the issue.

Provide Feedback
After resolution, rate your support experience to help us maintain and improve our service quality.
