Workflow Guides

Step-by-step guides for common tasks on MailMoolah

Start with your assigned role

Use the path that matches the role shown in Shared Dashboard. A missing or disabled tile means that access is not currently available to your session.

Marketer onboarding

MARKETER

Do first: Open Campaigns, then check Subscribers and Templates if those tiles are present.

Permissions: MARKETER access does not automatically include ADMIN review controls. Unavailable controls require an access check.

Help: Use the email campaigns guide or contact support before proceeding past an unclear state.

Continue: Return to Shared Dashboard to move between the campaign tools currently enabled for your role.

Investor onboarding

INVESTOR

Do first: Open the Investor Portal and review the access and status shown before opening available documents.

Permissions: Approval and tier controls determine which investor materials appear. INVESTOR access does not include ADMIN capabilities.

Help: Review Investor Learn, use troubleshooting help, or contact support.

Continue: Return to Shared Dashboard for other role-assigned apps; investor materials remain in the Investor Portal.

Support onboarding

SUPPORT

Do first: Open Pilot Operations from Shared Dashboard and begin with the read-only evidence shown.

Permissions: SUPPORT access does not inherit ADMIN or MARKETER controls. Use an action only when the assigned workflow visibly exposes it.

Help: Follow troubleshooting help or contact support to route an issue to its owning workflow.

Continue: Return to Shared Dashboard and open Customer Service only if that tile is available to your session.

  3. Review recorded opens and clicks after campaign events are received
  4. Review any reward-ledger entry that campaign rules and account data produce
  5. Contact support if the recorded activity does not match what the dashboard shows
Tip

A reward-ledger entry is a record of activity, not money owed or a guarantee of payment. The pilot has no production reward-crediting promise.

Reward Basics Guide

Track Rewards & Ledger Status

1 Open rewards 2 Review your total 3 Browse ledger 4 Review eligibility 5 Check payout status Done
  1. Open the Rewards Dashboard from the main navigation
  2. Review the balance summary and entry states shown for the account
  3. Browse ledger history with date and campaign details where available
  4. Distinguish ledger records from a promise that money is owed
  5. Record a payout request only when the page enables it
Tip

Recording a payout request does not process it. No payment provider is connected during the limited pilot, and no money is disbursed.
